Broken link checker: find dead internal links on your site

Links that lead nowhere frustrate visitors and waste crawlers' time. ShipPatrol checks the internal links on the pages it crawls.

Why it matters

Every broken link is a visitor who hit a dead end. A few are normal on a growing site; several on the main navigation looks abandoned.

How Patch checks

We collect links to your own domain from the pages we crawl and send a light request to each one (up to a limit), flagging 404s, 410s and server errors.

How to fix it

  1. Fix or remove these links.
  2. If a page moved, add a 301 redirect from the old address.

Your own report goes further: it names the exact pages, services and settings Patch found on your site, and with a full report you get a fix prompt to paste into Lovable, Bolt or Cursor.
