Website accessibility checker (WCAG 2.2 AA, powered by axe-core)

ShipPatrol runs axe-core, the open-source accessibility engine used by many testing tools, on your homepage and two more pages, and explains what it finds in plain English.

Why it matters

Accessibility problems lock people out of your site and, for many online businesses selling in the EU, are now a legal issue under the European Accessibility Act. Automated tools catch a useful share of problems, not all of them, so a clean result is a good start rather than a certificate.

How Patch checks

We run axe-core with its WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA rules and group anything not covered by the more specific checks here.

How to fix it

  1. Work through these axe rules.
  2. Each rule name links to an explanation at dequeuniversity.com/rules/axe.

Your own report goes further: it names the exact pages, services and settings Patch found on your site, and with a full report you get a fix prompt to paste into Lovable, Bolt or Cursor.

Where this applies

WCAG 2.2 AA is the reference standard.
